岗位职责:
1. 处理和跟踪国外客户及代理商订单;
2. 出货数据、应收账款统计跟催;
3.反馈并协助公司相关部门解决客户问题;
4.协助销售处理相关事宜;
5.完成主管安排的其它工作。
任职要求:
1.大学本科,外贸英语、科技英语、英语、国际贸易、电子、通信、无线电等相关专业;
2.大学英语六级及以上,口头及书面表达能力较强;
3.计算机操作熟练,熟悉办公设备;
4.诚实守信,勤奋好学,积极进取,人品端正,具备良好的职业素养和行为准则,协调能力较强并具有团队协作精神;
5.有相关工作经验者优先;
6.有CRM和ERP应用经验者优先。
Job Desc
1. Process purchase orders, make PI’s and handle shipments to customers/distributors;
2.Data statistic and follow up account receivable;
3.Work with the relevant departments to solve customer issue;
4.Assist Sales Manager to make daily operations;
5. Execute other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors in Foreign Business English, Scientific English, English, International Trade, electronics, communication, radio, etc. or a degree in other related fields;
2.Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
3.One to two years of work experience in a related business;
4.Should be able to work independently, be self-motivated, have a good team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, a creative problem solver and be easy to get along with others;
5.Experience in CRM/ERP is preferred。
